1. Educational Purpose Only TradeCoach provides AI-generated trade analysis for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing in the App constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.
2. No Guarantee of Accuracy AI-generated grades and feedback may contain errors or inaccuracies. Past trade analysis does not guarantee future results. You use the App at your own risk.
3. User Accounts You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account or use the App for any unlawful purpose.
4. Payments & Subscriptions Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Trade Packs and Deep Dive Reports are one-time purchases and non-refundable once used.
5. Intellectual Property All content, branding, and code within TradeCoach is owned by TradeCoach. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the App without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability TradeCoach is not liable for any financial losses, trading losses, or damages resulting from use of the App. The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
7. Changes to Terms We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Privacy Policy

TradeCoach ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
1. Data We Collect
• Account info: Email address and display name when you create an account.
• Trade screenshots: Images you upload are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) for analysis and are not stored permanently.
• Trade history: Grades and trade data are stored in your account for your personal use.
• Payment info: Payments are processed by Stripe. We never store your card details.
• Usage data: Number of trades graded per month, stored locally and in your account.
2. How We Use Your Data We use your data solely to provide the TradeCoach service — grading trades, syncing your history across devices, and processing payments. We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. Third-Party Services
• Anthropic (Claude AI): Trade screenshots are sent for AI analysis.
• Supabase: Stores your account and trade history securely.
• Stripe: Processes payments securely.
• Netlify: Hosts the App and its functions.
4. Data Security All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Your account data is protected by Supabase Row Level Security — only you can access your own data.
5. Data Retention Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us.
6. Your Rights You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Contact us at support@tradecoach.us to make a request.
7. Changes to This Policy We may update this policy at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via the App.
